Non-Standard Printer Support

DTS does not support printers that have not been selected as supported models by DTS. Current, supported printer models can be found on the DTS Store. Previously selected and supported printer models can be found here. Previously supported printers will be maintained on a case-by-case basis determined by the district imaging tech. Adding a Network Printer in Windows or Citrix

1. Click on the Start menu and go to Devices and Printers

2. Click on Add a Printer at the top of the window

3. Click on Add a network, wireless or Bluetooth printer

4. Click on The printer I want isn’t listed, then click Next


5. Click Find (read more)
