RevTrak Fees

If you are logged into RevTrak and Infinite Campus, but you are not seeing all your students when clicking on All Other Fees, you may be logged in under your Student’s credentials instead of your Infinite Campus Parent Portal credentials.

To correct this,

  • Log into the Web Store ( using your email address and RevTrak password
  • Go to My Account in the upper navigation; then click on My Settings
  • Scroll to Linked Accounts toward the bottom of the screen
  • Click on the name associated with your student’s account and when prompted, click on Remove and then Confirm
  • Repeat the above step if you have multiple student accounts under Linked Accounts
  • Use your Infinite Campus Parent Portal credentials for login going forward to ensure visibility to all your students
