iPad Check-in and Check-out: Refresh

To check-in iPads during the triennial refresh period, please use the iPad Refresh (not the Check In/Out) menu on the DTS Inventory Site. While it takes more time to look up a student than simply scan an iPad barcode, checking in by student is the only way to automate the ticketing process for damaged or lost/missing iPads and releases app licenses to be used with the new iPads.

2021 iPad Refresh Process

1. Log into the DTS Inventory Site with your district username and password. All staff have access to this site.

2. From the menu bar, select 2021 iPad Refresh.

3. Search for the student by entering either full username or student ID number and clicking Find. We are unable to do partial searches at this time because it significantly slows down the search process.

Confirm the student you have selected is correct and click Next: iPad. Note: This screen indicates whether or not the student has iPad insurance.
