Adding a Cohost to a Cisco Webex Meetings Personal Room

Adding a Cohost to your Cisco Webex Meetings Personal Room allows another district staff member (team teacher, substitute, aide, etc.) to host a meeting in your Personal Room if you are not there.

To add a cohost to your Webex Personal Room, log into with your district staff credentials and follow the steps below:

  1. Choose Preferences from the left sidebar
  2. In the main Preferences pane, select the My Personal Room tab
  3. Scroll down to Cohosts and click the checkbox for Allow cohosts for my my Personal Room meetings
  4. Enter the full email address of your cohosts
  5. Scroll down and click Save
