Problem: Host or Participants are unable to hear any audio.

Solution: If on a computer, click the More Options control button (three dots) at the bottom of the window and click Audio Connection. Make sure the window displays You’re using computer for audio. If not, click the Connect button next to Use computer for audio. Click the Settings (gear) icon next to You’re using computer for audio and test both speaker. You should hear an alert sound and see the microphone bars move as you speak. If you still do not hear anything, try quitting the Web browser and relaunch, or try a different browser.
