i-Ready

i-Ready is a reading and math diagnostic assessment tool used by elementary, middle, and some high school students. Assessments are administered districtwide three times a year, beginning the first week of school. The following courses are automatically shared in i-Ready: K-5 Language Arts & Math, 6-9 Language Arts, 6-12 Literacy. Teachers who are rostered in the above courses as the primary teacher in IC will automatically have access to their student data in i-Ready. School principals and assistant principals will be granted administrative access to the platform for all students in their buildings. Any teachers who need access to student data but are not the primary instructor (such as SPED, literacy, and EL teachers) will need to work with their school School Assessment Coordinator (SAC) or admin to set up custom report groups in i-Ready for their students (instructions here).

All iReady access starts in Classlink. Student or classroom teachers will open the blue app in Classlink. The app is assigned automatically in Classlink. If the app does not show, then there is an issue with IC. If admin, they will download the white ready app from the Library in Classlink. If they are not a classroom teacher and they say they cannot get into the iReady admin app, they need to fill out this form.

Students and Classroom teachers need the iReady iOS app installed from self service if they are using an iPad to access iReady.

Students do not use the white iReady app in Classlink and cannot download it.
