Screen Time
Apple has provided a tool called Screen Time to let parents know how much time their children spend on apps, websites, and more. Now families can make more informed decisions about how children use their devices and set limits if they’d like.

Parents can set up Screen Time directly on the student iPad or by using Family Sharing to configure their child’s device from their own Apple device or computer.

The district sets base restriction levels on student iPads. Some school may choose to enable elevated restrictions in addition to the base student restrictions, and these settings may interfere with some Screen Time settings. Please be aware that choosing to restrict web content to “Allowed Websites Only” may prevent access to some digital curricular content. Click here to learn more.
