Students

  • If you remember your current password, enter your district student username and password at the St. Vrain Valley School District Password Manager site to reset your password.
  • If you do not remember your current password, but know your security questions, you can select I forgot my SVVSD Password, then follow the steps to reset your password.
  • Otherwise, please contact your school’s Student Account Guardian.

Current Employees

  • If you remember your current password, enter your district staff username and password at the St. Vrain Valley School District Password Manager site to reset your password.
  • If you do not remember your current password, but know your security questions, you can select I forgot my SVVSD Password, then follow the steps to reset your password.
  • If you have security questions set up, but do not have access to Password Manager, please contact the Help Desk at 303-702-7730 (ext. 57730). They are available 7:15 am to 4:15 pm, Monday through Friday.
  • If you do not have security questions set up, or have forgotten the answers to them, choose one of the following two (2) options:
    1. Reach out to your school principal or administrator and have them email the Help Desk with a password reset request. Note: The email must come from an administrator, not a secretary or other staff member.
    2. Come to the District Technology Services Help Desk, on the 2nd floor of the Clover Basin ESC, 2929 Clover Basin Drive, Longmont, CO 80503. We can reset your password. Make sure to bring your district ID or a state-issued photo ID.
