LTP School Roles and Responsibilities (Secondary)

Individual staff members may have more than one role, and responsibilities can be customized to meet each school’s needs.

Role Responsibilities
 LTP Site Coordinator (LTPSC)
  • Each school will select two LTPSC support people
  • Responsible for coordinating all school LTP support tasks
  • Main point of contact between DTS and school

 LTP MDM School Manager
  • Track device check-in to the MDM
  • Track device updates
  • Track disallowed apps, such as VPNs
  • Manage Elevated Restrictions
 LTP Device Support
  • Perform basic troubleshooting
  • Provide support for iPad apps
  • Submit work tickets
 LTP Lost/Missing
  • Report lost/missing devices to DTS
  • Call the Help Desk for tracking
  • Coordinate with Mobile Device Team on tracking and recovery
 LTP Fees/ Reports
  • Track iPad recovery and fees for withdrawn students
  • Assign and track insurance fees
  • Assign, track, and maintain payment plans, if necessary
  • Track service plan agreements, if needed
 LTP Student Device Check In/Out
  • Check devices in and out in Destiny
  • Device inspections before check-in
  • Track excess stock and loaners
