Here is a technology reminder list for withdrawing or graduating students.
Your District Account
Your St. Vrain Valley School District Student Account for email, Infinite Campus, etc. will be disabled the night after your last day in school. Graduating senior accounts are disabled on June 30th. Here are some steps to take before you go:
1. Your Apple ID
Log into Apple ID Account and make sure you have a non-svvsd.org email address set as your Apple ID Primary Email Address.
2. Your iPad Files
Before you turn in your district iPad, download, transfer, or forward any pictures, movies or other files you would like to keep to a personal account. Check out this District Technology Services Support Article entitled, Backing up Data from iPad Apps.
Did you Bring Your Own Device (BYOD)? Learn how to remove it from the district Mobile Device Management.
3. Your District Gmail
Send an email to your important contacts, like colleges, letting them know your personal email address for future communication. Please note, the school district maintains a list so that usernames will not be reassigned to a future student, but it does not retain district email accounts.
Need to save a copy of some or all of your district email messages? See below on how to transfer your Google Account content.
4. Infinite Campus
Log into the Infinite Campus Portal, go to the “Head” (in the upper right hand corner > Settings > Contact Preferences and enter a Secondary Email Address. This will allow your school to contact you in the future.
