District Technology Services (DTS) does not support printers that have not been selected as supported models by DTS. Currently supported printer models can be found on the DTS Store. Previously selected and supported printer models can be found here. Previously supported printers will be maintained on a case-by-case basis determined by the Peripherals team. DTS personnel are specifically directed not to provide even cursory support for printers that do not meet these requirements.
Exceptions: Requests for exceptions can be submitted in writing to the Technical Support Senior Manager. Exceptions will only be considered under very special and mission critical situations. A list of exceptions will be maintained by the Help Desk here.
Home Printers: DTS does not support and will not provide assistance in the installation of any local (non-network) printers on district owned computers.
