Resolving 900 Error on Printers

  1. Clear the Printer Queue
    • If unable to clear the Printer Queue, call the Help Desk at 303-702-7730 (x57730) or email helpdesk@svvsd.org for assistance
  2. Power the printer OFF
  3. Disconnect the network cable
  4. Leave the cable disconnected and power the printer ON
  5. Power the printer OFF
  6. Plug the network cable back in
  7. Power the printer ON

The 900 Error printing error should be resolved. Printers need to have more than 64 MB of RAM installed to avoid this problem. For newer printers, additional RAM can be installed upon request.
