Resolving 900 Error on Printers

1. Clear the print queue. If you cannot clear all of the jobs, call the help
desk (x7730) and ask them to clear the queue
2. Power the printer OFF
3. Disconnect the network cable
4. Leave the cable disconnected and power the printer ON
5. Power the printer OFF
6. Plug the network cable back in
7. Power the printer ON

You should now be able to print.

A rule of thumb is that printers need to have more than 64 Mb of RAM
