How can you turn a bad morning into a good morning?

    To convert a less-than-optimal morning into something better I typically change what I am focusing on – from the ‘bad’ topic to one I am grateful for or hopeful for.
    Large or small.

    Where focus goes- energy flows.

    To change a bad morning into a good morning, I need to either change my mind/attitude or change my environment (even if temporarily). Often a short walk or a visit with a colleague can provide that needed reset.

    We are fortunate to have many colleagues who can help in that regard, sometimes without knowing they are doing so!
