“The struggle itself towards the heights is enough to fill a man’s heart. One must imagine Sisyphus happy.” – Albert Camus

What gives you the will to persist through life’s challenges?

  1. The things I’m passionate about drive me through life’s challenges. On the work side of things, for me, that means focusing on positive relationships rather than bumps in the road.

  2. Focusing on something bigger than myself or the current challenge helps me take the next step – and that next step is all that I can control.

  3. HOPE – a key to the growth mindset that the existing struggles are temporary (and do not define us), rather that a better situation can be realized.
