Infinite Campus Rollover

Historically, our student information system, Infinite Campus, has rolled from one school year to the next in July. In order to ensure students have access to digital resources needed during summer programming in June, the school year will now roll over immediately after the end of the Spring semester.

This year, Infinite Campus will roll from the 2021-22 school year to the 2022-23 school year on May 31st.

What does this mean?

  • With the exception of eLearning, the summer programs (including Project Launch) are attached to the 22-23 summer calendars.
  • When you log into Infinite Campus after May 31st, the active year will be 2022-23. You can still change the year back using the drop-down menu in the upper left corner.
  • Students will roll up a grade level when we roll the calendar, so 3rd graders will become 4th graders, 10th graders roll up to 11th grade, and so forth.
  • Students changing schools (for example 5th graders rolling up to middle school) will be enrolled at their 22-23 school when the calendar rolls.
  • Students moving up to a new level (elementary > middle and middle > high) will lose access to some apps and gain access to others. Please work with your students to back up any data they may want to save (see this article).
