We have received feedback from teachers of an issue when using myON on elementary classroom iPads. After testing, we discovered that students are not completely logged out of the myON program when an iPad is shared with multiple students.
When using an elementary classroom iPad, teachers and students must clear browsing data in Settings (Settings>Safari>Clear History and Website Data) every time the iPad changes hands, to force the logout. myON is aware of the problem and is working towards a solution. Currently, this issue does not affect myON use on a Chromebook or desktop/laptop computer.
