Adobe Applications Unavailable

Update 6/9/2015: We have a temporary fix for people that need Adobe Creative Cloud between now and August. If you truly need this give the Help Desk a call and they can work with you to install a temporary license.

Update 6/3/2015: This is an update to yesterday’s DTS Advisory. We are still having a licensing issue with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Elements products. Free products such as Reader, Flash Player, and Shockwave, are unaffected by this. Adobe is aware of the problem and is working with us to find a solution.

Description: The District is currently experiencing issues with the Adobe application suite.  Applications such as Adobe Acrobat Pro, Photoshop etc. currently are not working.  Users may get a message requesting to enter an Adobe ID or serial number before continuing to use the specific Adobe application.  At this time DTS is working with Adobe to resolve this issue.
