Friday night we had a Citrix issue. The issue made it impossible for people to access Desktop Staff, even though they were allowed to log in. The solution was to upgrade the Citrix Gateway system. The look and feel of the new remote interface is just like the new thin clients teachers have at school.
We know this is not the ideal way to do a new implementation. There was not as much pre-testing or communication as we would like. But, we did successfully test connectivity on PCs, Macs, iPads, iPhones and Android devices. That being said please, let us know if there are problems with connecting via the gateway. If you are having trouble connecting with an Apple mobile device, remove and re-install the Citrix Receiver app.
